There are no buses to leave Calvi toward the south but you can go to Porto (one of the most beautiful part of Corsica, in my humble opinion) from Ajaccio. You can find some informations here. You can also visit the coast by boat from Calvi but I would recommend you to spend a couple of days in Porto.
