Peaceful ha ha. Two hundred meters away a tunnel is being dug, the mountain opposite is being turned upside down more or less (avalance-protection) and the inhabitants in town fight like cats and dogs. Still I would say, that Bolungarvík-town is one of the most beautiful situated towns in Iceland.
