This is the Mostar Bridge, it stood for 427 years and survived two World Wars. This shot was taken in March 1993. On November 9th that same year, it was bombed till it went down, during the Bosnian War. On the day I took this shot, I walked across the bridge with my Dad. The stones, that made up the bridge, were worn so smooth from the thousands of feet that crossed them, that they were like marble. This is a replacement of the first framed photo. I want this to appear on Google Earth, that is the reason for the replacement.
