Off Comoros Street, Addis Ababa. In 1998 there was a lone Aldabran Giant Tortoise had the run of the embassy grounds, including the small cemetery and the golf course, and had enjoyed this freedom for many years of its long life. Is it known if it has clocked up another decade by now?
