In my past comment about this picture, I tried to mean the feeling of the wood construction. I love this kind of connection between human and nature. I love high tech as well, but it is a diferent feeling.
I feel the same way - you get more character and intimacy with hand crafted anything. Mass / machine produced rarely does anything for me, unless I'm trying to make a point.
