Hi Rock, you will not see many fish in Vien, and they are not as funny as your Street characters. Did you have a Merry Christmas? Well here,s Wishing you and yours a Happy and Prosperous 2010. regarde scally.

I agree your Wiener Schnitzel is an excellent main course. but rather than having deep fried Battered Haddock as an opener, finish the meal with the famous Glasgow dish deep fried battered Mars Bars. cheers scally.

King Cormorant! Small birds - huge boat! Photo sums up for me all the attractions of a fishing port - especially the smells! Y*.

Best wishes, Brian.

If you click on the thumbnail to the left of this shot above the map, you will note that I have moved all the scruffy birds (except one), and got that old tramp steamer shifted. Brian. best regards scally.

I see Scally. ("Tramp Steamer"? I thought that was 'The Royal Yacht Britannia'! I'm very disappointed).
