LOLOL marbiz - I thought the photo next to this sure looked like a spot along the Kancamagus. And even though you caught this without the photographers, from the cascade on the far right, I know this spot! I've made a relocation suggestion for you. Wasn't this just such a great spot? It sure would have been funny if we'd been there at the same time.

G'day kamalyn. I knew you'd come good for me on the location of this one. My recollection was that this was somewhere along the Kancamagus but I couldn't be sure. I was going to email our tour guide and ask.

Yes those pesky tourists were everywhere and there was a very patient photographer with his tripod standing on the bridge waiting for the rest of us to disappear. But there were about 50 of us jumping everywhere and snapping away.

I can't see your suggestion just yet but will keep a look out for it.

And of course, I forgot to say up above that this is Rocky Gorge. Sure is interesting to see the difference in the foliage between your photo and the one I got a week later!

But lolol: Is the date on this correct? If it is, I was also here the day before you were! I just haven't posted any shots from Rocky Gorge from my trip there on the 29th.

It really was H, well worth seeing, although I believe we were not quite at the peak of season.

kamalyn we were there on the 29th and I think mid afternoon, but I think my camera time stamp is showing Australian Eastern Standard Time. I forgot to change it while over there, hence the time stamp of 30 Sept. So we could have been there on the same day!

Hey why didn't you tell me before I could have used you as my tour guide I could have got a lot nicer photos! LOL. LOL.

kamalyn on November 4, 2009

wow...we very well could have been there at the same time then!!! Though whenever I saw buses, I did try to see if I could see you and R. On the 29th I didn't make it down to the bridge (lolol: I didn't know it existed!) Looking at the data on my photos, I was there at about 3:15 in the afternoon. Heading out right now, but I'll go through and find a couple of pics later on.

Great shot M how about the two of you being there on the same day, amazing.

Marbiz on November 9, 2009

Yes, quite a coincidence, pity we didn't discuss it earlier.

Beautiful colors! I can just picture you all scurrying about taking photos. Imagine if you would have bumped into Kamalyn! Those things happen sometimes. I once stopped at a rest stop in Rocky Mountain park and walked around the car and met a friend I had not seen since high school in NC.

jf I think kamalyn may have got the shock of her life, but on the other hand kamaly might not have! LoL! Secret joke ;)
