You are correct Maya. It means it is not used as a church any more. Deconsecrated means that it is no longer a Holy place - only because it is too old, and may be getting dangerous. However, THIS building has been restored and was for sale as a private home. So, the inside would have been changed and new walls would have been built inside it to form a family house.
