I remember when this Building got finished being built and when Baybay actually became Baybay City because I was there during that time. This is a beautiful Building inside and outside.

This new building replaced the old building that housed the Regional Trial Court, Post Office and Provincial Jail. Also the small building of the Municipal Trial Court and the other building that housed the COMELEC and Rural Health Unit II. As to its location in the map, I doubt if it is right. I will get the way points of this building once I visited Baybay.
