Nice bend, Erik! It looks very dangerous ,though. :)) Beware of deers & falling down. :) cheers, archrodney!

Thanks, my friend! Maybe we have to make a little 'bend' series. You also have got a nice one ;-) During winter the pass is closed, but on our trip we had very sunny weather, as you can see, it was no problem. The real interesting part is after Bourg St. Bernard, where you can take the tunnel or the passway, We choose the last, with many spectacular sights. One time I nearly forgot to steer a bend when I was gasping at a spectacular panorama, but luckily my girlfriend yelled at me that I had to keep my eyes on the road;-) That's really dangerous...!

Cheers , Erik

Glad to hear you're still alive, Erik! :) That shows it is also dangerous in summer... Which of my photo are you referring to? It's likely I've more photos of bends, coz I love them. Just like in this one, they make the photo more interesting and somehow more flexible. cheers to you & your girlfriend! :) archrodney

Thanks, buddy! ;-) I mean your 'Cul de Sac' bend picture. That's a very nice one. And the thing with bends is...you add more depth of field to the picture and spectators always want to know what's behind;-)

Do you know Photochain? I started this little photo game about 2 years ago. The first year it was very successful, but now it's in winter sleep, although even now people ar adding pictures to the chain, now and then. If we could make a twist in the chain, of course according to the rules, we could place some nice bend pictures;-) You'll Photochain in my favourites and the rules are explained in the tag 'Read me first' Hope you want to join us! Cheers to you, Erik
