Hello my friend Nick..I can almost feel the misty, rainy atmosphere here!! The reflection of all that amber color lights in the water is such a great shot Nick. This night photo is very impressive. Hope you are doing well, we have been on the go, and quite busy. Talk to you again real soon I hope, we are off in a bit to a wedding about 2 hours from our home. Good to be on your page this gorgeous Saturday, dear Nick.

Kind regards to you, Sarah

Sarah O ~ A very big hello to you Sarah Queen of the Cakes ~ I'm glad to read that your life is busy ~ that is so much better than the alternative :) Enjoy your Wedding ~ I hope all goes well and thank you very much for your lovely appraisal of this shot ~ I was aiming for the fairly understated atmospheric sort of shot, so it is great to read that I have achieved it for you :)) All the very best to you and enjoy your weekend ~ from nick

The HP sauce looks lovely in this light Nick, it's the early bird that catches the parapet :))

Nick Weall on November 15, 2009

Amelia Royan I'm the worm that turned dearest LGM and caught the paraquet ~ so don't tip me over the edge :))

I'm so pleased that you like the sauce ~ although it is more Brown Windsor than Tomato perhaps :)

Well, maybe William stayed through the night to write his early morning sonnet. Was he daft? Nice night scene, Nick. (Have you got any mirrors in your home?) Anyway, apparently Westminster Bridge is near the Houses of Parliament, and the Big Ben chimes on my Grandfather clock are call Westminster chimes. I learn something new every day. Theolfa

Nick Weall on December 16, 2009

Theolfa ~ Hi ~ glad you like this night shot (Don't get the mirrors question unless Dracula is involved) Well done you have sussed out where Westminster Bridge is :)) Ciao nick

Violet Upton on December 16, 2009

Dracula & his cohorts don't like the daylight :D I also found a Westminster Bridge in daylight by Amelia, but the photo was a beautiful one of the Houses of Parliament. So I'm beginning to have some idea. Thanks, Nick! Isn't your saint's day coming up soon? Theolfa

Nick Weall on December 16, 2009

Theolfa ~ sch don't tell everybody or they will want a share of it too :)))))
