Great sunset, beautiful reflection, lovely photo, Marilyn! As a follower-up word, I have chosen 'lake', not 'sunset' this time.
Best regards, May

Very nice reflection picture with a mystic and gloomy atmosphere, Marilyn! I like those dark and threatening clouds. The lake also could have been somewhere in Finland or northern Scandinavia, as it reminds me of a journey which I undertook to the North Cape, long time ago.
Best wishes, Erik

Thank you, May and Erik. I'd posted another shot of this evening on my own page, but I've always liked this. Did you notice a bit of what looks like mist or fog in the distance at the left? This was the evening of Canada Day, our July 1st holiday. Some cottage or resort along the lake didn't wait until dark to shoot off some fireworks, and that's the smoke from it!

Thanks for the explanation, Marilyn! I thought, that smoke comes from the wood, judging by the colours of the sky. :) Wonderful capture. cheers, archrodney!
