Hi Tom,Mungo is millions of years old it was a lake when Australia was wetter.Human remains have been found dating back 19-23000 years ago.As you can see from the map it near desert country now.For many years it was a large sheep property which the state govt. took over & turned into a nat.park.It rained a lot of the time I was there.What your looking at is a portion of the remains of the shore line.I'll be uploading more shortly.Thank you for comments.Brian.
