I have passed thru, lodged, vacationed and lived in this beautiful city by the Central Oregon Coast, since 1969. The last eight (8) eight as a homeless, Vietnam Veteran ('67~'68). It has been difficulty to live in a Vacation Rental Homes and Tourism City, with its many laws and local oridances to requrie a residence. I have chose to do it without spending any funds to help keep me out. Like, Lincoln City ORS that reads: "No Parking, Camping or Sleeping" on any public street from 2:30am to 5:00am. The signage is mostly at the beach accessed, but at many other area. The City Manager can grant permission to do so, by public chapter or ordinance. But, he will not allow it. The last time I ask him, in 2004, he refused my request. For several years, the Code~Enforcement Officer would red-tag my vehicle. It would give me upto 72 hours to move the RVs or automobiles. Today, I live 24/7 on the streets of the Central Oregon Coast, in a Class A Ford Imperial. I spend my retired pensions on renting a personal mail box and storage unit. This allows me get mail, open bank checking/saving accounts, ETF and many other services as a residence. As a Oregon DMV Continuous~Traveler, I can vote, get a library card, and stop the many visits by LCPD for Trespass/Disorder Conduit calls.

Peace and Rest has come to Paul (Willie) Long at last. Thank you, JESUS, my Father GOD. so pleased that I am blessed, my LORD and Savior, with a HOLY SPIRIT to guide me through green~pastures, to lead me beside still blue~waters, provide blessings yet to come. I love you, my Father GOD.
