G’day Bruce

Thanks for your interest in the loco. This is one of the locos on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch light railway, opened in 1927, and currently running commercially as part of the public transport system. It is 15” gauge and the locos are about 1/3 scale. You can check out the track on G’ Earth. It is of course a famous attraction as well as a transport system. It was used as part of the defences during WW11 and after the war was reopened by Messrs Laurel and Hardy. I have some film footage of this on a DVD. If you want to know more or see photos of more of their locos, I have some on my own (somewhat old and amateurish) website http:// web.onetel.net.uk/~stv1100/ or look on their official website http://www.rhdr.org.uk/rhdr/engines/10.html. Hope this helps. Anyway, loved your photo of the steam train,

Regards Steve
