The house's name is "Melocot" on St. Michael's Road in Paget. If you are a native you know where this is exactly and perhaps who lived there...
Bermuda's houses are among the prettiest in the world. The white wash roofs act as a rain water catch on this freshwater barren island. The laws on Bermuda were once restrictive allowing only pastel colours. Today it appears that the darker and or brighter colours are permitted too.
The older homes are made of limestone quarried on the island. These rock hardens as it weathers over time. In effect these homes become stronger over time. The roofs are made of limestone or concrete. These roofs don't fly off as do wooden roofs during hurricanes. In fact these hip roofed limestone homes are some of the safest structures on earth during a storm. Bermuda homes are accented inside with rich woods, often cedar, and carved ceilings. When you come down here take some time to photograph just the homes.
