Just wondering whether it's worth submitting again...
I don't think it is possible Patricia, but I love this photo ;-)
Doo n doo doo
Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all right
WOW Amelia, I must admit, Patricia guided me down to this beauty - a Y* and a LIKE ist the lesast I can say - seems we are all in search of sun somehow - yours is so pure, so tender, love it, beyond all Pano-possible stars! Thankk you so much for sharing it dear friend!
Best wishes Maja
Hello Peter - yes I'm humming along with you. takes you back doesn't it? This is one of my favourites, amongst many others of course :)))
Dear Maja, I only wish all my Pano friends could have been here on Hafrsfjord that Advent morning. There would have been less sound of silence of course, as all the shutters would have been clicking :)))
And the rustle of warm anoraks, gloves being removed and put back on, teeth chattering ... it was truly a beautiful time, which I will never forget. Many thanks for the Y* and I am so pleased that you liked it too my dear friend. I'm happy that Patricia pointed you in this direction :)
Warm greetings, Amelia
I just saw the small thumbnail of this one when I viewd the stunning Hafrsfjord landing stage pic - this one is just as beautiful, so calm, cold and colourful. Great series of shots you took here - like and fave frioom me for this one too. Best wishes, Clive
Thanks for finding this one Clive, and for the Y* of course. It was an absolutely fantastic morning on the fjord, and this Advent photo of 2009 led up to a gloriously cold and perfect winter here in the southwest of Norway.
Normally it is comparatively mild here, with the Gulf Stream together with very variable barometric pressures, causing a typical maritime winter. We had almost continuous high pressure, and a reverse jet stream that winter, resulting in the coldest, longest and snowiest winter since 1951. Wonderful for photography :))
Warm wishes, Amelia
