Dillon has died :(( Hi LGM a very appropriate title for our frozen woes ~ most friendly and very warm greetings

Oh yes, that's a little bit more frost than ours. If enlarged, there are very fine structures!

Cheers, Klaus

Dear Nick, I know about Casey, and Tiggy of course. But you must tell me about Dillon ....

Amelia Royan on December 3, 2009

Good evening dear Mira, no ... I was fine, in full thermal long johns etc., but my fingers were just a little frozen! It may be interesting to note that the last 3 photos didn't require any adjustments either right or left. Maybe the still coldness concentrated the link between my eye, my mind, and the finger on the shutter release ;-)

Warm greetings, Amelia

Amelia Royan on December 3, 2009

Dear Nick - am I worrying unnecessarily? I could have sworn this was more like Dougal!!

John de Crom on December 3, 2009

Very nice photo Amelia. Greetings John.

I seem to think that Dillon is a rabbit Billy ... but I can see that this looks like a sheep's fleece :))))

I'm happy that you like this photo - my fingers thank you too ;-)

Amelia Royan on December 3, 2009

Thank you Klaus - I think we both had about the same degree of frost! Your photo is lovely, thank you for the link :)))

Greetings to Germany from a warmer Norway, Amelia

I'm getting so confused about cats, dogs, rabbits. sheep and horses Mira! At first I thought that our Nick might have talking about one of his beloved cats. Then when Billy agreed with him, I then assumed that everyone was talking about Dougal in the Magic Roundabout. But then he talked about sheep, and here you are mentioning horses ... at least Ruth hasn't come into the equation ;-)

Hello John, many thanks for your visit. As always, I really appreciate your compliment :)))

Très belle photo insolite, j'aime beaucoup on dirait la crinière d'un cheval, je viens de lire que Kasia dit la même chose.

Amitiés roland

What are you rabbiting on about dearest LGM ~ no need to ram home the message that I've been suffering a grey moment and mixing my Dillon from my Dougal ~ :))

Faintlightofdawn on December 4, 2009

Great textures Amelia, are you sure it's not a mammoth? Best wishes, Fai

Intriguing shot, Amelia! Frosted Highland steer. Joking apart, it should be enlarged to really see the beautiful hoar frost. Theolfa
