Precisely it deals with Milvio bridge in Rome and the novel (and film)is named "Three meters over the sky" by Federico Moccia. The young lovers knocks down in the Tiber river the locks' keys.

That's it and according to our Panoramio friends, Daniela and Antonio it's related to a movie and it seems in Rome they have another bridge with similar lockers.
