Many thanks, Rich, for your comment. I respond strongly to color, which is why I still love your original version of Lake of Glass Falls although I appreciate the power of Mike's B&W interpretation. My father started shooting Kodachrome in 1941, which was fairly early on. I was five then, so I guess I grew up looking at the world in a certain way. And he'd try as often as possible to frame his shots, sometimes with good results and other times ... Marilyn
