Pimp Mobile. I am pretty sure that it was a pimp car in the 1970ties. I did not talk to the owner, to confirm, but what else. It was sitting in a school yard, but the school was boarded up. Who knows, where the owner is, many people never moved back to N.O. after Hurican Katrina.
