A tasty shot ;>)
Spit roasting is quite common in most European countries..especially at public events like open air pop concerts and also at other gatherings/conventions..I have seen whole cow carcasses roasted in this fashion..The time taken to cook them is many hours ;>) but the result is the most delicious tasting meat ever ;>)

Hello Jim
Thank you for your visit and finding this tasty shot. It is really tasty and best main course for a banquet..in our place but maybe not in yours.
In here, they are very much contented to have this for dinner meat finely cut..soaked with spicy hot venigar and soya sauce and of course steamed rice.
Hmmm i am really hungry now.
Best regards, Francine
