Thank-you ..Matthew Perry ? :-)
You have done a great job photo-documenting Boston. Great Pictures!
Thanks very much, dchogan! I work downtown, so I worry that I over document it, but it's such an interesting city with so many different sides to it, it's hard to resist. I'm glad you like the photos! Cheers :-)
A number of Romans would probably give this one a "D".
oh, cool! you found it, and quite coincidental timing in the counts, I'm sure! Sadly, though, when I look at this one, that's about what I'd give it, too! There's so many better pics to be had. frustrating that the ones from the early days get the higher view counts, and then I don't want to delete them because of the view counts...speaking of which, have you noticed the views on the View Through the Waterfall? D views since you M'd it just a month ago!!
Thanks for the D, G!
Dont know what you are on about, I think this is a great pic. maybe you think your later ones are better, but nothin wrong with thisey.....
Thanks, Dianne! It's an OK shot, but it's just such a typical shot from that spot. And then photos like this one have view counts in the low 50's.
B-n-P firstly its more than an OK shot. I think maybe a lot of us like us sunrise/sunset shots - I know I do, but this photo may appeal to the wider population as it shows off Boston in a different way, really shows off the city. Maybe thats the reason for view counts, I dont get many at all these days, but I do also think there are more and more people on P. and maybe people are going further afield in whose photos they are looking at. Dianne
I don't know why the viewcounts on soe pictures go skyhigh, and others don't. My most viewed picture is a rather dull picture of a lego blocks sculpture.
This picture of yours is not very special, but it's sunny and I could feel the refreshing breeze of a nice day in Spring. It's full of energy.
Thanks so much Norrel for letting me know my photo here isn't very special ! ;) But ha-ha, a genuine Thanks for that and the 2M ! It's nice to see this has gotten some nice views over the past 6 weeks!
Thanks very much josé carlos farina.
apologies everyone - I have no interesting comment to make! Just making a note for myself, since all of a sudden this one is getting huge numbers of views (150 over night) , and just wanting to track things a little. 10 am 8-5: P 5241, ge 4705
8-5 12:30 pm: 5273. 30 "views" in 150 minutes, and it seems to be pretty steady. So I'm thinking it's some automatic computer thing somewhere. Sure is strange.
Talking to yourself?
I have just been sitting over here in Oz just clicking on your photo....now you know.
THANK YOU Dianne! Nice to know you've been putting your forced down-time to good use, lol!
The best conversationalist I know, Guy! haha: 5385.
Dianne - you really should be putting your time to better use!!!! This continues to get almost 100 views a day - 600 in the past week...I guess I shouldn't complain, but it's such a bland photo from a spot that has some spectacular views, while I've got some really nice photos that haven't gotten that many views in a few years!
5819 on Pano and 4730 on GE, I think I can stop now, and find something else to do with my spare time....LOL
lolololololol Dianne I'm starting to believe you! Since you left that message, only 3 new views - and those seem to have been on GE! Well, glad you're now free to make better use of your spare time ;)
