Thank you for sharing these photos. I lived in Lunda Norte in 1982, and I remember a C130 crashing in the jungle in that year ...two American pilots were killed. I worked for Diamang (now Endiama) in those days, and have only just returned to Angola 26 years later to work for an oil company (based in Luanda). I would love to return to Lunda Norte and see the place again, and I am trying hard now to find some of the Angolan friends I used to have here. Your pictures bring back many memories for me!
