In the mid-size shot and even the full size shot, there's a moire effect where the palm fronds interact with the window frames. This is a great shot.

Lovely shot, Douglas. I like the way the large palm seems to be supporting the roof.

Palm trees don't immediately spring to mind when you think of Glasgow (same as any city I suppose, you begin to expect what you see on TV)!
