Hi Amelia! We had rain on the snow on Christmas day but only made it crusty and hard on top vs. melting it all away. Also we got a bit of light dry snow on top afterwards. I was just happy to see the sun as it has been cold but gloriously sunny the last few days. My husband says the skiing is grand ~ he went out again tonight for a couple hours by moonlight.

That is certainly the truth...I have heard many people comment that this year seems to be going especially fast. The only one that I know that is looking forward to winter & snow is my husband who is severely heat intolerant. Thanks for your many visits and nice comments!
