Greeting from Sib.Chikago - NOVOSIBIRSK (West Siberia).Our town was born in 1893 for reason laying of bridge cross river Ob by Great Siberian Railway,and it so quickly grow up, that it got up name Siberian Chikago. But it SO FAR from model in all meanings!
