Conrad has lived on Peter Island his whole life. Until recently his sister lived in the cottage across the way from him. She moved to Tortola because of her failing health and to be with her children. He is a very gentle and kind man who loves a little company. He can hardly see as what appears to be glaucoma has taken over his eyes. I've never seen him wear shoes. He was married when he was younger.
