Hello Jim ......... I see that the snow has arrived there too! Here in Italy it's very cold but not snowing everywhere ........ ah....beautiful shot!!! Greetings from Samy

WOW!! what fantastic feedback!! I'm delighted to read all your excellent comments ;>)

sugarbag1~~~There are two pubs together here David...perhaps they were there to fortify those worshippers whose onerous task was to climb up the 199 steps to heaven!!

Billy B@rk...Well observed Billy...perhaps it was all those pubs, whose contents, consumed in vast quantities and with much pleasure, was the reason why all those buildings are higgledy-piggledy!!

John de Crom~~~always a pleasure to read your nice comments John

Valentine Verchenko~~~I appreciate your generous compliment Valentine ;>)

Norrel~~~I think quaint and quintessential fits the description here my friend...very typical of fishing villages throughout the kingdom, especially the east coast fringe!!

aisavery~~~these steps were treacherous in the ice Alicea, only the brave hearted and old photographers were foolhardy enough to venture to the cliff top here!!

breathing spirit~~~hello Samy...and now all the snow has gone...My home town is too near the sea for snow to lie for a long time!! I lioke the snow when it is fresh and dry, but it soon turns to dirty slush!! One has to be quick to get photos like this ;>)

Kind regards to you all ;>)
