Nice collage Liam! are you using picnik?
Nope, Silvy I used Microsoft Paint and Microsoft Digital Image Standard 2006 for this one.
Oh, so sweet! What are they and how do you get so close? Congrats, peargrin
Hello, Peargrin. This is a Female Northern Cardinal. The chicks are easy to approach, the adults are harder but tame. The males are brilliant red.
beautiful shot...best regards..Admin
Fantastic and lovely picture Ospr. Greetings John.
Love this Liam
We had a nest right outside our back door this year-just-gone and we lost the female, we suspect, to a red shouldered hawk that marauds our neighborhood. We have seen them take a female towhee off the nest before.
Maybe next year...........
VERY nice! I was looking for pics from the new camera:))
Weathering the cold now and pulling out some oldies? Cuties!
They are wonderful birds, John, I enjoy them so much, they are actually our most common bird, but not the most abundant, that's the Cedar Waxwing.
That's so sad, Jethrohoyt The hawk 'round here only eat squirrels, except those Sharp-Shinned Hawk are fond of White-Throated Sparrows.
Thanks, Joyfotos I actually got the camera in yesterday, I'll upload some photos.
That's right, it's nostalgia, Danny
Greetings from Hephzibah,

The males are bright red.
Hi Ospr3y, wondering if you have a moment if you can help me identify this? I've been pouring over Sibley's, but I'm just not sure... Many thanks, peargrin (aka gingerlimes)
That looks like a Palm Warbler, Peargrin
Really very nice photos.
Fantastic shots, Liam! My goodness, they are all quite impressive! It looks like you really had a front row seat!
A very creative collection of shots put together so well.
Darling little baby birds. New life is so precious.
All the best from Yatesville,
