Tesekkurler Aycan, bu fotografta gorulen buyuk kaya, Cambrian doneminde buzullar tarafindan Kanada'dan koparilip buralara kadar suruklenmis. O yuzden obzervatuarin kendisi kadar ilginc bence. Ama bizim TUG ve teleskobu bence cok daha guzel :) Izmir'den selam ve sevgiler. Volkan

Great photo and thanks for posting. If I may offer a correction to your title for the photo - that is not "Cambrian Rock." but rather it's "Chamberlin Rock" and the actual rock happens to be "pre-Cambrian." The plaque on the boulder "commemerates the services to Wisconsin of Thomas Chrowder Chamberlin" a State Geologist and a President of the University of Wisconsin in the 1800s.
