Hi Billy. I'm new to your pages, and I've got to say yo make the most of an interesting perspective. You really amke the effort to keep youe shots fresh and interesting. Good work.
Great close up of The Wheel. I have yet to see it Billy. One day when we're up in the Kingdom of Scotland, I must go and look. I found this a couple of minutes ago. I think it's The Flower of Scotland in Italy. :)
BTW did you watch the programme the other night about the birth of Scotland.
Cheers Amelia. If you come up you should have a go on the wheel as they have a boat that takes the public through it. I didn't see that programme, sounds interesting.
Cheers for the Italian flower, it's a beautiful shot.
I'll definitely do that Billy. Adrian wants to see it as well ... so that's positive.
The programme is called A History of Scotland and it's a series on BBC2, 2000 years of Scottish History. It started yesterday at 8 p.m. and the guy covered the period between AD 84 and AD 943.
Hi Billy. Long time no speak. Was looking at Falkirk Wheel photos as someone told me my photos were in wrong place. Seems GE has updated the overhead view allowing more accurate placement. Saw you had some uploaded as well and thought I'd better mention before someone else.

Greetings Billy, What a neat way to move boats around. Nice framing through the structure. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,

Thanks Rich. The whole structure is amazing & worth seeing but I thought this close up shot made for a better photo.
