This picture really stimulates the imagination. What is hiding behind the curtain of water? Very mysterious and lovely, Ian! Greetings, Anne

Thank you for a wonderful picture and interesting links on our friends images, Yan!!! How strange to realize that somewhere can be warm now! :)

A very artistic, abstract capture Ian. I like it. :)

Dear Anne,

It is wonderful to imagine. There is so much richness in imagination. Imagining is to wonder, and to wonder is to begin to understand, but then imagination can go way beyond our understanding yet again into awe.

I don't believe I could have imagined what I found behind this curtain. Some had me searching for Naiads, but I actually found La Divina Geometría del Chocolate! Enjoy. Thanks for your delightful comment, Anne.

Anne, Eva, Tom:

Dear Eva,

I should have added a link to one of your marvellous ice crystal patterns on a Kiev window! That image of yours will always remain etched in my memory. I am still amazed by it.

It is so warm here today, that it is probably too warm. The air conditioner is needed today. Right now the outside temperature is 34.5C, with Ukraine blue sky, and 50% humidity! But the sea breeze has arrived and the temperature is on the way down.

But if you want to really enjoy life in this weather, it is possible to stand beneath a waterfall such as this, out in the rainforest among the mountains. That is what I enjoyed doing yesterday on our national day. Fond greetings to you and your parents, Yan

Hi Tom,

Your remarks always get multiplied by 9 here. It is really special to share a little art with friends who receive it with real appreciation. Thanks.

Incredible pic.
But in this moment (winer in Europe) it evokes a kind of shivering.

Ian Stehbens on January 28, 2010

Thank you for appreciating the image, Polytropos. Here it evokes a kind of pleasant refreshing when the temperature and humidity are high together.

Regards, Ian

It lookes for me a curtain of ice...... It is a beauty.

Greetings from Greetje.

Ian Stehbens on January 31, 2010

In a warm summer, a curtain of ice would be nice indeed. Hope it doesn't make you feel too cold right now, Greetje! Thanks.
