LOL! I just came from looking at Rhetta Jo's ice blowing in the breeze and the next thing I see is your ice crystals blowing in the breeze. You must have went back with your camera and hunted them up. Pretty amazing what the wind sculpts!

That's really neat, Laurel. You don't see this every day! We have lots of hoar frost right now, but it just kind of sticks everywhere - not like this:)

Hi jf, yes, I was so excited about the sideways ice chrystals, a coupld of days later I skied up there again (it's quite a long trip), this time with my camera!

Hi JT I was pretty excited about this, it wasn't windy when I was there Danny, but clearly, it had been.

WOW! beautiful shot Laurel, I heard on the news today that they have to truck in snow for the Winter Olympics, global warming no doubt. Cindy

Hi Laurel211, a very cool cold shot, good work!! Yeah, you are right, it is a unsafe area indeed. Don't walk there alone and never at night time:(( Thanks a lot for checking out my gallery and leaving such kind words in your comments!! Many thanks for your votes as well:)))) Best wishes from Bangkok sent your way Cheers pivatana

Thanks Norrel. The first time I skied up there I didn't have a camera! So I trecked up there again a couple of days later and got my pictures.

Thanks pivatana.
