Try this: In photometer mode, aim the camera on the brighter areas of the sky, then take the photo with the settings suggested by the photometer of the camera. The whole photo will be darker, objects will be black, and the colours of the sky will be more vivid.

After some experimenting you will learn which method is the best for the effect you want to reach.

Nice pics! When I was in Prague I noticed that there so many trams over the city.They look little vintage but very comfortable and well equipped in side. There was a tram line not far from hotels in Prague where I stayed. I really enjoyed watching them, especially in the evenings.
