Where is the hydrant?

This mural is painted on the side of building which is now a Pizza, Pizza, in previous incarnation it was TD Bank.
It is part of a triptych, but I like this panel best. I hope, one day, I will catch a dog peeing on the gas meter there and my camera will be ready to record it.
The bank did not go bankrupt, just moved to bigger place.
