Thank you. Glad you like them. I thought it would me more interesting to have a few people in the picture...
Good job Hans. I like all your street sketches
I say the same, good job Hans. I am still a bit afraid of taking pictures of people. Do you know that some indians believe that when a photo of them is taken their souls are "robbed" or "stolen" from them?
Excuse my wording. It is better to say:
...when someone takes them a photo they believe their souls are being robbed or stripped out of them?
Hi draken, I did know and I hear it's also the case for the Australian aboriginals.
I have a few (personal) basic rules about taking pictures of people. I rarely ask them to pose and often they don't even know they were in the picture. It's just: without the young couple, this would be "just another picture of El Morro".
Funny story: this couple saw me taking the picture and later insisted on posing. I've got a beautiful picture of them embracing each other with El Morro in the background.
Nice pic , as u say people in Havana Malecon , Morro castle view in the back.
Very nice and warm shot...
Your gallery is really...huge...898 sites.
I have only 246+ca 270 so far :-)
Hi Hans, thank you for your comment . You are the recordman for the number of photo up-loaded on Panoramio. Amazing!!!
l'amour toujours l'amour jolie cliché
Belo flagrante. Parabéns !
Adorable , Beauty
Ils ne sont pas devenus aussi célèbres que ces deux amoureux là! ;) Amitiés, Christian
Merci pour la visite, Domi & Christian. Pour être exact: il ne sont PAS ENCORE aussi célèbres. J'y travaille... ;-)
Amitiés - Hans
Nice picture. "El malecon" is not "El malecon" without a couple watching the sea and without "El Morro", such a magic place, such a magic moment captured in one picture.
So true, AA2. These two were the perfect models...
Greetings from Belgium - Hans
