Just another of Boise's neat older buildings. I can't believe that no one has bothered to take a walk around downtown and record some of these for Gargle Earth yet.

Another great one. It looks like you even got some neon in this one.

I guess so, Ritva. Oh dear. Looks like I'll never have time for that Tahitian vacation...
Hi, Margot, and thanks. It does look like a bit of the old neon crept in. How does that happen?

You didn't happen to get a shot of the capitol building from 6th and Main - for comparison with the painting? :D

Say, that's a pretty nice thing to say, Guy. Thank you!
You know, Lisa, I mapped this one wrong. This actually is the corner of 6th and Main. That picture on the side of the building is looking down Capitol Street, one block to the northwest. I'm not even sure that it would look the same. Sorry to disappoint. : (

It's amazing what people don't take pictures of. Good for you for this one ... a very worthy addition! I mean, horses, tents, antique signs, what more do you want?
There seem to be very few GE Olympic photos, for example, at least on my traplines.

You're welcome n1w, it was a statement of fact.

Thanks, stoneboat! I was struck by the rather postcard-quality of this one, so thought that it might find a home in our collection. We do manage to ignore quite a bit in daily life, that's for sure.
We work in tandem, Guy.
Glad you approve, Lisa. We try!

beauty stone lintels over the second story windows. the awnings over the windows and side entrance are classy, in my mind.

But of course, Nawitka. This is Les Bois, The City of Trees, and they're very friendly. There is nothing they won't do for you here!
