Hello dear Ria, thank you for spending the time looking at this one full screen. It is a treacherous bit of coast, and several ships, as well as a U-boat, have come to grief around this region :))

Cheers Billy. This lighthouse is the modern equivalent of this one, and is a very important marker for shipping using this dangerous fjord entrance. Normally it is blowing a gale around here :)))

You've seen this lighthouse before dear Nick, and we have discussed the conning tower before too. It is possible that this also marks the spot where a U-boat went down, but we cannot seem to find out much about it :)))
