Get a hold of yoursell man!

Those were the days of ticks and rickets, of rainy holidays, spent at home, of bus, train and electric strikes, of cars that would never start in the morning and bad telly.

Only the last hasn't changed for the better eh Peter?

But you're right they don't..........

Hi Jethro

We have a BBC TV series called Grumpy Old Men, with such as Bob Geldof sounding off at how better things used to be!

Best wishes Peter

Bob Geldorf is an impostor - he wants to be everything, pop star, philanthropist and now old He's only 58 by heck Peter - it just doesn't cut it.

Its one of the two great benefits of getting older Jim - being grumpy is expected of us, so we get away with it. The other benefits? The naps of course.
