This is what was shown to us by official Beatles Tour guide as Ringo's house (we also got into it). Also by checking a scene in "Hard Days Night" movie where Ringo gets out of his house I am pretty sure that it is the same one.

Also inside the house on the fireplace there was a photo of Ringo as a boy sitting by the specific fireplace with his parents.
