This is a Natural and 100% virgin area of Salinas, accessible only by boat. Derrumbao means "Drop Off'" in Spanish and this beach is named after the nature of it's submarine flooring, which is shallow for the first 100 feet and suddenly all flooring is gone with great depth. A fishermen's haven, this beach is often visited by local fishermen in search of the best sardine schools that populate the area.

A Wonderful place also for scuba diving, not because of the fish and other acuatic animal, but for the strange flooring in the area. Like.
