LOL... If this is even in the UK I'd be surprised! The architecture looks a bit off, and I can't think of any UK canals that are that wide. The only place it could possibly be is somewhere on the Thames. It's certainly not downstream of Teddington lock, but I'm not 100% familiar with everything upstream.
I'm guessing this is somewhere in the middle of France. Those two little plastic jolly boats on the left are the giveaway. Ive seen those before on canals in the South of France.Plus the architecture looks more mid to North France than British.

Strange, I've lived in Brighton a long time and I've yet to find a canal... although there are a number of underground rivers!
