I was on my way to a clear hilltop where I thought I wanted to be for the sunrise -- then the sky turned orange. I knew it wouldn't last long, so I abandoned The Plan and just started shooting where I was.
I never see this kind of sky here in Massachusetts -- must be the Kansas dust that makes for such magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
