I don't know why fishing boats all around the world have so much bright colours! And if it wasn't for the english words of the warning, I'd believe to be somewhere in the delta of Po river. That's a really nice picture, congratulations!

Cheers, Matteo.

Thanks Tery and Matteo. I actually framed this shot as I was walking toward sit...I was literally drawn to it, and I must have shifted my position as I walk towards it. All I really know is that as soon as I got to a place I lifted the camera and shot. It was done in an instant.

This is spectacular Hank! The colors are wonderful.

I'm delighted in the shots you're choosing to comment on Margo. This one also is the result of a process, except all the "cropping" was done as I walked towards the bank, positioning myself for the shot.

'they' tell me that is what you are supposed to do. I often have trouble doing it though. :)

Hi Hank: This shot reminds me of the inside of my mind - cluttered but picturesque. See ya soon dave

Hi Margo and Dave. Why is it a "forbidding" sign brings out the playfulness in us; as is clearly evidenced by your respective comments. Thanks for posting them for this shot. I have to admit I was already in the forbidden zone, smiling, when I snapped it.

Nice splashes of color and awesome composition from your minds eye Hank! Wonderful how these enclaves no one pays attention to can be so amusing in the right hands.

Hi Tom, sorry for the delay in responding, but thanks for enjoying the humor in this shot. I was feeling pretty good that day having just "discovered" the seafood cooperative nearby...great prices and great quality/freshness. Best regards,
