i lived on sefton estate from the age of 6 to 18. i have very fond memories of making dens on the 'wimpey'! of course the estate eventually got so big it spread to almost copy lane...i live in crosby now but recently went along the northern perimeter road & couldn't believe all the trees that were there! how wonderful i hope those still living there make the most of the little woodland.
