T'ain't the way it used to be down on the farm! Striking photo!
Nope (chew, chew), shore ain't (spit). This is on the north edge of town within view of my apartment. I drive by it every day, but had to finally pull all the way up the driveway to get a shot not obstructed by power lines or other buildings. I was very pleased how blue the sky turned out. Most of my shots in Missouri end up with a white sky. Thanks, Marilyn!
Ryan what does MFA stand for?
ROTFLOL at you two country hicks! ;)
The above is a beauty (re freshly painted) and how I remember all the elevators looking when I was a child. Fantastic picture Ryan..... Ilove the stark white against that awesome shade of blue!
LOLOLOLOL Gerry I won't put here what I just said out loud when I read the title box above the picture. ;) (In my defense I had been looking at the pic in it's original size when I wondered about the meaning).
Lilypon(Pam?), this Multi-Faceted Architecture is where Many Farmers Accumulate to Make Food Available. They're not all new like this, someday I May Find Another that's more weather-worn to photograph. Many Friendly Acknowledgments to you and Gerry for your comments, but I'm Mostly Fuzzy Also what MFA stands for. ;-)
Duly note, Pam. I'll be sure to duck anyway! After all, that's the Most Friendly Action!
Laughing so hard here I'm wiping tears from my eyes (and cleaning the coffee off my monitor/keyboard).
Looking forward to seeing some more of your "Multi-Faceted Architecture is where Many Farmers Accumulate to Make Food Available" :)
Ryan, and others M.F.A. stands for Missouri Farmers Associates...at least that's what I've been told.
Hi Roger. You've been told (slightly) incorrectly. The Missouri Farmers Association was founded in 1914 in Brunswick, Missouri. Justia and findlaw both summarize the 1986 Supreme Court case 475 U.S. 1053, "Missouri Farmers Association, Inc. v. United States". MFA, inc. is today headquartered in Columbia, Missouri. MFA Oil and Shelter Insurance are both independent companies create by MFA, inc.
