I really like this! It is a thoughtful composition...there's a poem in it. YS
Cheers, my friend! -Steve
Very nice picture.
I'm glad you like it so much. I just got lucky ; ) lol
I think the empty branch, the withered-state of the tree, and the look in the birds' eyes...compliment each other nicely.
And do you know which birds are these? They've got gray plumage, and they fight a lot.
Thanks for the comment, John.
Maybe "blackbirds," or perhaps a "thrush." We have a blackbird here that looks similar...kinda' scary actually.
Your title, the gray sky and two birds looking away from each other remind me of a quote from Paulo Coelho's, Life - "Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful. But not knowing which to do is the worse kind of suffering."
Thanks Steve, I just googled both of them up. I'm sure they aren't 'Thrushes' but they do look very similar to 'Blackbirds' but they're not black. They're 80% of the size of pigeons. And yeah they do look scary at times ; D
Nice quote, the only Paulo Coelho I've read is 'The Alchemist' (well, who hasn't?!)
