These are flatted factories, meaning industrial buildings where you just rent a half or full floor and put your factory in there. So one building could have 10 or more different manufacturing companies in it. Some foreign, some local.

This kind of location is very business friendly, where they will let you do almost anything. Its also quite green and quiet (by comparison with other industrial cities).

Its Jethro's kinda place .
