Vassilis you didn't need to translate word by word in order to explain to people! Actually the proper name is ''sarcophagus''!
A funeral receptacle for a corpse, most commonly carved or cut from stone. The word "sarcophagus" comes from the Greek σαρξ sarx meaning "flesh", and φαγειν phagein meaning "to eat", hence sarkophagus means "flesh-eating"; from the phrase lithos sarkophagos (λιθος σαρκοφάγος) the word came to refer to the limestone that was thought to decompose the flesh of corpses interred within it.

When Greeks they talk to each other they can use any words from commonly understood greek. But if you talk to foreigners, I believe, greek words, as greek origin english words, they sound greek to them, even the specific word is an english dictonary entry. Its actually arrogancy for Greeks, that because they know more words from an ordinary non greek speaker to use difficult greek origin words, that only a small persentage over the globe is able to comprehend. And this is not my objective.

I'm sorry, Vassilis, but what exactly do you mean? Sorry, but I can not understand your viewpoint. Your text is rather incomprehensible. Perhaps you should write in your native language in the future, so as to be more comprehensible.
